Cardio Center: The Cardio-Centre features an
air-conditioned area with electronic cardio exercise machines
including Treadmills, Cross Trainers, Steppers and Cycles.
Choice Of TV and Music Channels:
A Cardio Theatre system
allows members to enjoy a choice of four television channels at any
one time as well as three music channels.
Headsets Available At Front Desk:Members may access the Cardio
Theatre system by obtaining headsets from the front desk at a
minimal
cost.
Those members who feel more
comfortable owning their own headsets may purchase headsets from the
front desk.
Cardio Theatre System Compatible
With Your Walkman Headset:
Members who already possess
headsets will more than likely find that their headsets are
compatible with the Cardio Theatre system.
